OPIsystems offers Aerate, an Aeration Modeling program that can help to improve your storage management in a number of ways;

Aerate has a database of locations with hourly outside RH (Relative Humidity) and Temperature for the past 10 years. If we don't already have your location in the system, it can be added provided that the data is available, which typically comes from the Regional or National weather reporting service. Once all inputs are entered, the program will run through the past ten years, with output being Average as well as Minimum and Maximum years for;

  • Run-time hours
  • % Runtime hours over Elapsed time
  • End-temperature
  • End-moisture
  • Average EMC over runtime
